Home based respite - Dudley - Information and Resources
Providing a full range of information as the first point of contact for people with dementia, carers, professionals and the general public. This is done either by telephone support, information packs, leaflets and other publications. We also raise awareness through talks and workshops. - Dudley - Social Group - peer support
