• Befriending Scheme Hampshire
  People with Dementia can sometimes feel lonely and isolated. Alzheimer's Society's Befriending Scheme puts people living with dementia in Hampshire in touch with trained volunteers. Following an introduction, volunteers regularly visit the person with dementia giving them the opportunity to do more of the things they enjoy. This could include a round of golf, shopping, listening to music or simply having a cup of tea and chat.
