  Support, information and guidance, via client home visits, visits to office and telephone
• Information & Advice
  Provision of information, advice and signposting on all aspects of dementia and the support available by telephone, email or in person by visit to the office or home call.
• Romsey Music Group
  Fortnightly support group for people with dementia and their carers. Please get in contact for further information.
• Singing for the Brain
  A fun, stimulating and social activity in an informal and enjoyable environment. Sessions involve a wide variety of music.
• Young Person with Dementia Support Group "Connections" Tuesday Group
  Activity and mutual support group: Music, drama, pub meals, bowling, outings, walks etc. This group meets at a variety of locations across Southampton and Eastleigh.
