• Activity and Support Group - Fareham
  A support and activity group for people living with dementia, and carers. Held 1st Wedneday of each month, 1.15 - 3.15pm
• Dementia Support
  Direct support of people with dementia, as well as their carers and wider family in the client's own home or at the local office.
• Gorseway Lodge Support Group
  A group for people living with dementia, and their carers, providing activities, support and information. This group is run with Princess Royal Trust for Carers in Hampshire.
• Gosport Memory Cafe
  Dementia cafe for people living with dementia and their carers. Held 3rd Tuesday of the month, 11.30 - 13.30 BOOKING IS REQUIRED. Please telephone 023 9289 2035 for further information
• Information service
  A information and support line for people living with dementia, their carers, friends and family, professionals and anyone wishing to make enquiries about dementia. We are able to provide information and contact details relevant to the enquiry.
• Memory Cafe - Cowplain
  Dementia cafe for people with dementia and their carers, providing information and support in an informal setting. Held 1st Thursday of the month, 1-3pm
• Memory Cafe - Havant
  Dementia cafe for people with dementia and their carers, providing information and support in an informal setting. Held 4th Tuesday of each month 10am - 12pm
• Saturday Club - Portsmouth
  Saturday Club for younger people with dementia. Please contact 023 9289 2035 for further information.
• Singing for the Brain
  A fun, stimulating and social activity in an informal and enjoyable environment. Sessions involve a wide variety of music. Held at Buckland Community Centre, Malins Road, Buckland, Portsmouth Fridays 10.30 - 12.30, tel 023 9289 2035 for further information
