• Dementia Service
  Our Dementia Support Service is one of the most important services we provide. The Service provides advice, information and support for people with any type of dementia living in the community and their carers and families. Dementia Support Workers can also help with accessing statutory and other services and benefits. They have many helpful leaflets available. We operate an open referral service. Anyone – self, carer, relative, friend etc - can refer a person with dementia. Clients of the service; either a person with dementia or his or her carer can contact their support worker at any stage of their illness.
• Dementia Support Group Everton
  Drop in Group meets 2nd Thursday of each month from 2pm until 4pm. Opportunity to meet up and support one another. Refreshments available.
• Dementia Support Group Fordingbridge
  Drop in Support group for people with dementia and their carers. The group runs on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 10:30am until 12pm. Light refreshments are available.
• Dementia Support Group New Milton
  Drop-in Support Group held on 4th Thursday of the month from 10am until 11:30am at the Catholic Church Hall, Mount Avenue, New Milton BH25 6NT
• Music Group Fordingbridge
  Music Group for people with dementia and their carers. 4th Tuesday of each month from 10:30am until 12pm.
• Music Group Hythe
  Music Group runs 1st and 3rd Wednesday of each month from 10:30am until 12pm. Ewart Court, Jones Lane SO45 6DG
• Music Group Milford on Sea
  Music group runs 1st and 3rd Wednesday of the month from 2pm until 3:30pm at Milford on Sea Village Community Centre, Sea Road, Milford on Sea SO41 0PH.
