  a monthly service aimed at supporting Carers
• Dementia Support Club
  For people with dementia and their carers a range of activities to suit everyone including art and craft classes, health and fitness,games,quizzes,gardening etc. Tea/coffee available. Small contribution for lunch and some activities.
• Dementia Support Day
  Range of activities for people with dementia.
• Drop - in
  A drop - in service that provides support and information to carers / past carers and people with dementia.
• Holiday Preparation
  A long weekend away facilitated by the Dementia Support Workers, paid for by people with dementia of all ages and their carers plus past carers.
• Holiday Weekend
  Long weekend away facilitated by Dementia Support Workers, paid for by people with dementia and their carers and former carers.
• Information Provision
  Telephone support for information and guidance, in person or by e-mail

  Singing for Brain - A social activity for people with a neurological condition and their carers

• Training for GP surgeries
  Training for staff on what it is like to have dementia and what difficulties a person with dementia and their carer may have.
• Windsor Drop in
  A weekly drop in service every Wednesday from 1000rs- 1200hrs
• Windsor Lunch Club
  
• Younger Person with Dementia Day service
  Organised days out for people under 65. Currently £5 charge.
