  • Befriending Scheme
    We have many volunteers, who visit people living with a diagnosis of dementia in Bucks. We match volunteers with people who share similar interests. If you are interested in the scheme, please contact us.
  • Carer Support Group Amersham
    Information sharing and carer support. Meets first Tuesday of every month 10.30am -12.00 noon.
  • Carer Support Group Stoke Poges
    Information sharing and carer support. Meets second Thursday of every month 10.30am -12.00 noon.
  • Carer Support Group Wycombe Day
    Information sharing and carer support. Meets third Wednesday of every month 10.30am -12.00 noon.
  • Carer Support Group Wycombe Evening
    Information sharing and carer support. Meets second Monday of every month 7.30pm - 9pm.
  • Dementia Cafe - Chesham
    Meeting on the last Thursday of every month 11-12.30 at Chesham Town Hall for people living with dementia and carers. Including a variety of activities, information and refreshments.
  • Information Provision-Telecare
    To provide information to people with dementia and their carers about Assistive Technology
  • Singing for the Brain - Beaconsfield
    The Singing for the Brain sessions are held most weeks on Fridays at the Fitzwilliams Centre, Windsor End, Beaconsfield from 10.15am - 12noon. Good singing voice not required!
  • Support, Information & Visits
    Our Dementia Support Workers are happy to visit people with dementia and carers who needs support and advice, either in their own homes or a suitable alternative venue.
