• 'Singing For The Brain' sessions
  'Singing for the Brain' is a therapeutic and social activity for people with dementia and their carers. Both the carer and the person with dementia can participate in singing sessions together, in an informal and friendly setting. Please phone office on 01256 363393 to check for dates and availability.
• Dementia Support
  Our Dementia Support Worker offers support for people living with dementia as well as support and advice for carers, family and friends.
• Support group - Aldershot
  For people with dementia accompanied by a carer. Carers may also choose to attend alone. Activities are provided for people with dementia while carers meet to receive and exchange information in another part of the room. Guest speakers may include CPNs, social workers, people from other voluntary groups or those offering complementary services.
• Support Group - Fleet
  The group aims to bring carers together to support one another and share experiences. Relatives and Friends are welcome.
