  Provides emotional and practical support on all aspects of living with memory problems.
• Dementia Cafe - West Berkshire
  Dementia Cafe. Second Thursday afternoon of the month, at Midgham near Thatcham. Entertainment, speakers, raffles, quizzes, wordsearches and a lovely afternoon tea of sandwiches & cake. Suggested client contribution of £2.50 per head.
• Dementia Care Advisory Service - West Berkshire
  A personalized one to one service. A trained Dementia Support Worker will listen to all your concerns and provide confidential support. They will provide a consistent point of contact, offer relevant and timely information, link you with Health and Social Services as necessary and provide opportunities to meet other people with dementia and carers.
• Gardening for the Brain (incorporating peer support) - West Berkshire
  Friday Mornings weekly 10.30am-12.30pm, early April until the end of Sept in Burghfield Common. Winter indoor gardening activities once per month in Burghfield Methodist Church Hall
• Gardening for the Brain at Englefield Five-a-Day - West Berkshire
  A gentle gardening activity designed specifically for people with dementia at the Englefield Five-a-Day project. An eight week session running weekly as a block through spring, summer & autumn. New clients invited on each course.
• Information provision - West Berkshire
  Provision of telephone advice and printed material, loan of books and videos on aspects of living with dementia.
• Poetry Group (peer-support) - West Berkshire
  Calling all limerick lovers!! Meet up with other poetry fans who happen to have dementia. Bring a poem to read, or we'll read it for you. A small, welcoming & friendly group. Friday lunchtimes. Approximately once every two months.
• Singing for the Brain - Burghfield Common - West Berkshire
  Light-hearted singing in a circle with some gentle seated exercise in Burghfield Common. Lots of chat & laughter. Tea & cake / biscuits. Alternate Wednesdays in term time
• Singing for the Brain - Newbury - West Berkshire
  Singing in a circle as a fun, social activity. Join approx. 50 people with dementia & carers weekly. Not a choir; no singing experience or skill required.

• Stay Sharp! Yoga (incorporating peer support) - West Berkshire
  A mix of seated yoga and gentle aerobic exercise, incorporating social time in a welcoming, supportive environment with optional social lunch after. Thursdays during school term-time, 11.30-12.30
