• Bucks Befriending Scheme
  We have many volunteers who visit people with a diagnosis of dementia in Bucks. We match volunteers with people who have similar interests. If you are interested in the scheme, please contact us.
• Carers Support Group - Aylesbury
  Our Carer Support group meets at our office in Fairford Leys on the 3rd Monday of each month from 11am - 1pm.
• Dementia Cafe - Aylesbury
  The Cafe runs on the first Tuesday of every month from 10am - 12noon at the Lady Of Lourdes Church Hall, Bedgrove, Aylesbury. The Cafe is open to people with dementia and their carers, family and friends. Refreshments are provided and each Cafe is an opportunity to gain vital support, information and make friends.
• Dementia Cafe - Buckingham
  We meet on the 1st Tuesday of every month; between 2.30-4.30pm at Buckingham Community Centre. We provide information and a variety of activities. Please contact Jane on 01296 331722 for more information and to confirm your attendance.
• Dementia Primary Care Worker
  If you are worried about your memory have a chat with our Dementia Primary Care Worker or your GP, who will address your concerns or arrange for further investigation. Call 07718118561 to talk to or arrange a meeting with your local Dementia Primary Care Worker.
• Singing for the Brain - Aylesbury
  The Singing for the Brain sessions are held weekly each Tuesday at the Lady of Lourdes Community Hall, Bedgrove from 10.15am - 12noon. Good singing voice not required!
• Support, Information & Visits
  Our Dementia Support Worker is happy to visit people with dementia and carers who need support and advice, either in their own homes or a suitable alternative venue. Please contact us on 01296 331722.
