Services offered

• Day Service
  A friendly and relaxed Day Service for people with dementia. We offer social and individual activities including games, quizzes, arts and crafts, to maintain people's skills, capability and sense of well-being. We support enjoying life to the full in a safe and comfortable environment.
• Dementia Cafe(Sevenoaks/Stag Theatre)
  A twice monthly cafe for people with dementia, their carers, friends and family to relax, to meet new people and share experiences with those in a similar situation. Everyone welcome.
• Dementia cafe(T.Wells/Zurich House)
  A twice monthly cafe for people with dementia, their carers, friends and family to relax, to meet new people and share experiences with those in a similar situation. Everyone welcome.
• Dementia Cafe(Tonbridge/Angel Centre)
  A twice monthly cafe for people with dementia, their carers, friends and family to relax, to meet new people and share experiences with those in a similar situation. Everyone welcome.
• Help Line
  Available for help, information on any of the services that we run, advice on local services and a listening ear to anyone with or caring for someone with memory problems.
• Home Support Scheme
  This is an enabling service offering social support and care through activities and stimulation at home. The Home Support Service is registered with CQC and we are able to provide personal care and assistance with medication.
• Peer Support Service(Otford Library)
  A support group for people recently diagnosed with dementia to share practical and emotional support.
• Peer Support Service(West Malling/seekers trust)
  A support group for people recently diagnosed with dementia to share practical and emotional support.
• Peer Support Service(Zurich House)
  A support group for people recently diagnosed with dementia to share practical and emotional support.
• Short Term Intensive Support Service
  This is a free home support service for 4-6 weeks to prevent carer breakdown, prevent hospital admission or enable early discharge from hospital. We are registered with CQC and we are able to provide personal care and assistance with medication.
