• Burgess Hill Carers Support Group
  Provides support and advice to carers of people with dementia
• Crawley Carers Support Group
  If you care for someone with dementia and would like somewhere you can discuss issues affecting your life. The group provides a safe friendly environment where you can be yourself and talk about dementia comfortably with others who find themselves in a similar situation. Provision is available to bring the person you care for, however, please ring office first.
• Crawley Dementia Cafe - De-Cafe
  An afternoon of entertainment and support for people living with dementia. Provides a supportive environment for people with dementia, their carers, family and friends to meet where they can learn from the experiences of others and socialise with professionals in the field of dementia.
• Crawley Oasis Saturday Club
  People with dementia living within the Crawley area are cared for by trained staff in a friendly and safe environment where stimulating activities are offered. Held at Crawley Baptist Church, Crawley, RH11 7HJ
• East Grinstead Carers Support Group
  Provides support and advice to carers of people with dementia
• Hassocks Dementia Cafe - De-Cafe
  An evening of entertainment and support for people living with dementia. De-Cafe provides a supportive environment for people with dementia, thier carers, family members and friends to meet where they can learn from the experiences of others and social with professionals in the field of dementia
• Horsham Carers Support Group
  A friendly and supportive group for people who care for someone with dementia. Also offers on site respite care
• Horsham Dementia Cafe - 'De-Cafe'
  A friendly and supportive cafe for people with dementia, their carers and family/friends as well as professionals in health and social care. Held at Lavinia House, Denne Road, Horsham, RH12 1GZ
• Horsham Dementia Support Worker
  Provides support, advice and information to people with dementia and their carers living in the Horsham District area
• Horsham Oasis Sunday Club
  People with dementia. Living in the Horsham District area. Cared for by trained staff in a friendly and safe environment where stimulating activites are offered.
• Memory Assessment Service (MAS) West Sussex
  MAS will be the single point of access for people with dementia for a possible diagnosis of dementia to statutory services for: Assessment, diagnosis, early treatment, care planning and support. Access to specialised treatment and support provided by other specialist services as appropriate. Information about the illness, services and support available locally and nationally. For carers it can provide access to assessment, support and psychological interventions.
• Midhurst Dementia Cafe - De-Cafe
  De-Cafe provides a supportive environment for people with dementia, their carers, family members and friends to meet where they can learn from the experiences of others and professionals in the field of dementia.
• Steyning Carer's Support Group
  Provides support and advice to carers of people with dementia
• Sussex Helpline
  If you are worried about someone who is confused and forgetful or affected by dementia, or concerned about your own memory, call the Alzheimer's Society Sussex Helpline on 01403 213017. We provide support and a listening ear, information to help you make decisions, inform you how to get help locally and provide contact with services in your area.
