• Alzheimer's Outreach Service
  Our trained staff are available to offer information and support to people affected by dementia. We will help you to identify any support needs and to access the services available in your area, putting you more in control of your life. We can talk over the phone and meet up with you, either at your home or another venue of your choice.
• Dementia Cafe(Conningbrook/Ashford)
  A place for people with dementia and carers to go to relax together, to meet other people and to learn more about dementia and about the services available.
• Dementia Cafe(Oddfellows/Dover)
  A twice monthly cafe for people with dementia,their carers,friends and family to relax,to meet new people and share experiences with those in a similar situation. Everyone welcome.
• Hawkinge Day Services
  A friendly and relaxed Day Service for people with dementia. We offer social and individual activities including games, quizzes, arts and crafts, to maintain people's skills, capability and sense of well-being. We support enjoying life to the full in a safe and comfortable environment.
• Peer Support Service(Dover)
  For people with dementia of all ages.
• Peer Support Service,(Broadmeadow,Folkstone)
  A Support group for people recently diagnosed with dementia to share practical and emotional support.
