• Dementia Support Service
  Provision of Outreach services including: 1) telephone information, advice and emotional support. 2)One to one support for people with dementia living alone and carers of people with dementia. 3)A Carers Support Group meeting once per month.
• Healthy Ageing Cafe
  The provision of a drop-in cafe where people with dementia and their carers can come together to enjoy a social experience, with information and advice about living with dementia, healthy lifestyles as well as activities.
• Singing for the Brain
  Weekly singing sessions provided in a peer support enviroment
• Southwark Dementia Adviser Service
  Provide information and a signposting service to people who are in the process of being diagnosed or have recently received a diognosis of dementia.
• Support Group for carers
  A facilitated group meeting once a month to provide emotional support and networking opportunities for carers of people with dementia. There is an agenda set of different topics each month, with an opportunity for a general discussion at the end of the meeting
