  Provision of one to one support by personal visits at home or at the Day Support office, by a Dementia Support Worker.

  Alzheimer's cafe providing a social facility with activities for people with dementia, their carers, family and friends.
• Singing for the Brain - H&F
  The Singing for the Brain service aims to: •provice a structured group session for people with dementia and their carers designed around the principles of music therapy and singing. The Singing for the Brain sessions are planned to incorporate social interaction, peer support, engagement and active participation. •help families with dementia feel part of society where they have a right to artistic and social stimulation. •encourage carers and people with dementia to be play an active part in networking with others in the same position as themselves.
• Support Group for People Living with the early stages of Dementia - H&F
  Support group for people living in the earlier stages of dementia, to help members come to terms with their diagnosis, share their experiences with others, increase their understanding of dementia and maintain independence
• Telephone Enquiry Line - H&F
  Telephone Enquiry and support service for anybody wanting information and advice about dementia and local services.
