    Trips out for people in early stages of dementia
  • Active Links Service
    A befriending service that supports people with dementia and their carers to maintain a skill or hobby through through regular volunteer support.
  • ATS (Alzheimer's Transport Scheme)
    Provision of grants for using taxis to access branch services where this otherwise be very difficult
  • Carers support
    Provision of Outreach Support to Carers of people with dementia, via telephone support and one to one visits, giving information and advice, and emotional support.
  • Forget-me-not Cafe
    A cafe providing an opportunity for social interaction and activities for people with dementia, their carers, family and friends.
  • Information and Advice
    Providing telephone information and advice to people with dementia, their carers, family and friends. Providing information and advice at public events
  • Outings and Social Activities
    Outings and social events organised every 6 weeks throughout the year
  • Support Group - Selsdon
    Two support groups based in Selsdon - one for current and one for former carers
  • Support Group - Younger carers
    Support group for carers up to age 65 years. caring for people with dementia. Meets monthly, 1st Wednesday 7.00 - 9.00
  • Training for Carers
    Providing training and education courses for carers of people with dementia, to help carers gain an understanding and insight into the condition and help them to cope with the caring role.
