• Rest-Bite - Camden
  This friendly and welcoming group provides a weekly service of support, social interaction and activity. Carers get a few hours respite whilst the person they care for gets some peer support and stimulation. The service includes an exercise session, a music and dance session, lunch and a quiz or reminiscence activity. Referral to the service accepted from GPs, Services for Ageing and Mental Health, Social Services, community or voluntary organisations or self-referral in advance of attendance.
