  • Fish and Chips Club - Norwich
    Facilitated groups providing a forum for members to talk about their experience of dementia, share information and give and receive support. 1st Wednesday in the month, 12:00–14:30 at De Carle House Sheltered Housing, Booty Road, Norwich, NR7 0NN. Numbers are limited so please contact the office if you would like to attend.

    Positive caring course, 6 week course run twice annually offering carers information and support.
  • Singing For The Brain - Dereham
    People with dementia and their carers jointly participating in community singing, promoting well being. For carers and cared for. Facilitated by staff and professionally trained singing teachers. For people that want to sing in a more disciplined manner but still have lots of fun! Second Monday of the month, 2–3:30pm, at York Place, Becclesgate, Dereham, NR19 2BW
  • Singing For The Brain - Norwich
    People with dementia and their carers jointly participating in community singing, promoting well being. Held on the third Tuesday in the month, 2pm-3.30pm at Belvedere Centre, Belvoir Street, Norwich NR2 3AZ
  • Thursday Group - South Norfolk
    The main aims of this group are to give carers time to take part in a support group whilst the cared for take part in their own meeting and activities. Refreshments and a lunch are provided.
  • Wednesday Carers Group - Norwich
    Facilitated group providing a forum for members to talk about their experience of dementia, share information and give and receive support. Held on the 2nd Wednesday of the month at De Carle House, Booty Road, Thorpe. Please contact the office for further details.
  • Wednesday Carers Group - South Norfolk
    Facilitated group providing a forum for members to talk about their experience of dementia, share information and give and receive support. For carers of people with dementia, held on the last Wednesday of every month.
  • Wednesday Combined Group - Norwich
    Facilitated groups providing a forum for members to talk about their experience of dementia, share information and give and receive support. For carer and person with dementia. Split for 1 hour so carers have time on their own for discussion. People with dementia are looked after by staff and volunteers and carry out activities.
  • Young Ladies Group - Norwich
    Facilitated group providing a forum for members to talk about their experience of dementia, share information and give and receive support. For ladies living with dementia and their carers, either of whom are under 65 when they join. The group splits for one hour so that carers have time with a member of staff. Ladies living with dementia are taken care of by staff and volunteers and pursue activities in an adjoining room.
  • Young Mens Group - Norwich
    Facilitated group providing a forum for members to talk about their experience of dementia, share information and give and receive support. For men living with dementia and their carers. The group splits for one hour so that carers can have time together with a member of staff facilitating, whilst men living with dementia are taken care of by staff and volunteers and pursue activities in an adjoining room.
