• Cameo Group - Cromer
  Facilitated group providing a forum for members to talk about their experience of dementia, share information and give and receive support. Informal drop in group for carers and cared for. To provide information, support and friendship. Held the last Tuesday of the month at the Training Room, Benjamin Court, Roughton Road, Cromer between 10 and 12 pm.
• Carers Group - Fakenham
  Facilitated group providing a forum for members to talk about their experience of dementia, share information and give and receive support. Held every fourth Thursday, 2-4pm, Victory Housing Community Lounge, 12 Lancaster Avenue, Fakenham.
• Carers Group - North Walsham
  Facilitated group providing a forum for members to talk about their experience of dementia, share information and give and receive support. Held every 2nd Wednesday. Please contact the office for further details.
• Coffee and Company - Wells
  Facilitated group providing a forum for members to talk about their experience of dementia, share information and give and receive support. Informal drop in group for carers and cared for. To provide information, support and friendship. Held every 2nd Wednesday, 10.00am, Wells Community Hospital.
• Combined Carers Group - Bodham
  Facilitated group providing a forum for members to talk about their experience of dementia, share information and give and receive support. Meets the first Thursday of every month. Please contact the office for further details.
• Combined Carers Group - Sheringham
  Facilitated group providing a forum for members to talk about their experience of dementia, share information and give and receive support. For carers and cared for. To provide information, support and friendship. Meets every 3rd Monday, 11am to 2pm, at St Josephs RC Church, Cromer Road, Sheringham.
• Dementia Adviser - North Norfolk
  A dedicated adviser providing accessible, relevant, quality information to people with dementia, on an ongoing basis, including signposting to relevant services.
• Dementia Support - North Norfolk
  One-to-one support, information and guidance by phone, email or face-to-face for people with dementia and/or their carers (at home or in another accessible location).
• Griff 'n' Chips - North Walsham
  Facilitated group providing a forum for members to talk about their experience of dementia, share information and give and receive support. Come along for a chat and fish and chips. Held every 3rd Thursday, 12.30, Parish Hall, Sacred Heart RC Church, North Walsham.
• Information Provision - North Norfolk
  Providing information for anyone with any concern about dementia by providing a mix of information packs, leaflets and other publications, telephone information, loan libraries and meetings.
• Life Story Book - North Norfolk
  We have a trained group of volunteers able to work with people with dementia to put together their 'Life Story'; the projects are run over 12 weeks in the persons' own home. Please contact the service office if you would like further information.
