• Befriending - North Suffolk
  One to one support for people with dementia engaging in meaningful activities/interests whilst providing carers with respite. Please contact the service office for further information.
• Carer's Group - Halesworth
  Facilitated group providing a forum for members to talk about their experience of dementia, share information and give and receive support.
• Dementia Support - North Suffolk
  Information, practical and emotional support. Signposting to other support services.
• Information Point- Beccles
  Access information and meet people affected by dementia in an informal setting. Runs on the 4th Tuesday of each month at the Waveney Centre , Beccles from 10.30 am to 12.00 noon.
• Information Provision - North Suffolk
  We aim to provide tailored information via telephone, email or post.
• Oulton Park Support Group - Lowestoft
  A group for people with dementia and their carers held the first Wednesday in the month. Held at Oulton Park Care Centre, Union Lane, Oulton Broad. Please contact the office for further information.
• Support Group - Leiston
  This group is for people with dementia and their carers. It meets on the 3rd Tuesday of every month at the United Church Hall, High Street, Leiston IP16 4EL between 10.30am and 12.00 noon.
• Victoria Support Group - Lowestoft
  Carers only group - offering support at every stage of the caring process and beyond (person is at home, gone into permanent care, or for the carer who has recently lost the person they cared for). This is a social and support group. Held in Lowestoft on the 3rd Monday of the month between 2 pm - 4 pm. Please contact the office for further information.
