  A dedicated adviser providing accessible, relevant, quality information to people with dementia, on an ongoing basis, including signposting to relevant services.
• Dementia Cafe - King's Lynn
  Café style supported social get-togethers, providing a combination of information, knowledge and support within a structured and understanding environment. The café provides a way of recognising the individual experiences of the person living with dementia and their families. It can also help professionals and those who work with people with dementia to alter their perception of both the disease and people living with dementia by listening to what they have to say in a controlled and well facilitated meeting. Held at London Road, Methodist Church Rooms, King's Lynn.

  One-to-one support, information and guidance by phone, email or face-to-face for people with dementia and/or their carers (at home or in another accessible location).
• Information Provision - King's Lynn
  Providing information for anyone with any concern about dementia by providing a mix of information packs, leaflets and other publications, telephone information, loan libraries and meetings.
• Lunch Club - Downham Market
  Facilitated group providing a forum for members to talk about their experience of dementia, share information and give and receive support. A chance to enjoy a relaxed social lunch with people from the same background, whilst recieving support and help from Dementia Support Workers and other carers. Held at the Crown Hotel, 12 Bridge Street, Downham Market.
• Lunch Club - Hunstanton
  Facilitated group providing a forum for members to talk about their experience of dementia, share information and give and receive support. Held on 2nd Wednesday of the month between 12 pm and 2 pm at the United Services Club in Hunstanton. Come and eat with us and have an opportunity to chat to other people.
• Support Group - Downham Market
  Facilitated group providing a forum for members to talk about their experience of dementia, share information and give and receive support. Held on the second Monday of the month at the Health Centre, Paradise Road, Downham Market PE38 9JE from 10.30 am - 12.30 pm.
