Providing information for anyone with any concern about dementia by providing a mix of information packs, leaflets and other publications, telephone information, loan libraries and meetings. - Dementia Support - King's Lynn
One-to-one support, information and guidance by phone, email or face-to-face for people with dementia and/or their carers (at home or in another accessible location). - Dementia Cafe - King's Lynn
Café style supported social get-togethers, providing a combination of information, knowledge and support within a structured and understanding environment. The café provides a way of recognising the individual experiences of the person living with dementia and their families. It can also help professionals and those who work with people with dementia to alter their perception of both the disease and people living with dementia by listening to what they have to say in a controlled and well facilitated meeting. Held at London Road, Methodist Church Rooms, King's Lynn. - Dementia Cafe - Swaffham

A dedicated adviser providing accessible, relevant, quality information to people with dementia, on an ongoing basis, including signposting to relevant services. - Dementia Information Point - Hunstanton
An opportunity to speak confidentially with a Dementia Support Worker, and obtain Information about dementia and the support offered by the Alzheimer's Society. No appointment necessary. Venue is the United Services Club, Homefields, Homefields Road, Hunstanton PE36 5HL. The sessions are followed by an optional and volunteer-led luncheon club.
