• Cheshunt Dementia Cafe
  Cheshunt Dementia Cafe is open to people with dementia and carers to come and socialise, listen to presentations and join in with activities. Held the 4th Monday of the month at Wolsey Hall, Windmill Lane, Cheshunt EN8 9AA between 10 am - 12 noon
• Dementia and Carer Support East Herts
  Dementia Support Worker providing support and information to people with dementia, their carers and families either in their own homes or at another suitable location
• EMDASS EAST HERTS - Information
  Full Dementia Support Worker Information service. Referral via GP or consultant following assessment and new diagnosis within the HPFT area.
• EMDASS East Herts - Support & Activity Group
  The facilitation of group sessions for people with dementia and their family, friends and carers to discuss the diagnosis of dementia and its consequences in an informal environment in the presence of, and supported by peers. Information sharing around key areas of concern, experienced symptoms, coping mechanisms and the prevention of social isolation.
• Information provision East Herts
  Providing information to people with dementia, their carers and professionals, via meetings, telephone, email and post.
• Outings and Trips - East Herts
  Various trips and outings arranged throughout the year, organised by the Society. Our outings and events complement our established support services, helping to provide social support/interaction, and share experiences. Please contact the service office for individual timings of trips and outings.
• Singing For The Brain - Bishop's Stortford
  A relaxed and friendly group activity which brings the joy and stimulation of singing to those with the memory problems associated with dementia. Through song and gentle movements.

• Support Group - Bishop's Stortford Carers
  Our support groups are a valuable opportunity for people facing similar challenges, to share their experiences and support each other. Held on the second Thursday of every month from 7.00 pm - 9.00 pm. Please contact service office for further information.
• Support Group - Ware Carers
  Held on second Monday of every month from 10.00 - 12.00 noon. Please contact the office for more information.
• Ware Dementia Cafe
  Ware Dementia Cafe is open to people with dementia and carers to come and socialise, listen to presentations and join in with activities. Held the second Tuesday of the month from 10 am - 12 noon.
• Young Onset Dementia Activity Group - East Herts
  These groups recognise that the interests of younger, more physically active people with dementia are generally different to those of older people. There will be the opportunity to engage in activities in an informal environment. The programme of activities will be agreed by group members. The groups will be most suitable for those in the early stages of their dementia.
• Young Onset Dementia Support Group - East Herts
  These groups will provide a valuable opportunity for carers and people with dementia to meet others who face similar challenges to share their experiences and support each other in an informal environment.
