- Carer Information & Support Programme, Cambs
Carers Information and Support Programme. A structured group, by invitation only, to improve knowledge, skills and understanding of those caring for a person recently diagnosed with dementia. The Dementia Adviser offers support and information, focusing on the person with dementia and thier needs to make the right decisions about their future.
