• Carer Information & Support Programme, Cambs
  Carers Information and Support Programme. A structured group, by invitation only, to improve knowledge, skills and understanding of those caring for a person recently diagnosed with dementia. Series of 6 sessions which are run when required. Please contact the Wisbech office for further details.
• Dementia Adviser, Wisbech and Fenland
  The Dementia Adviser offers support and information, focusing on the person with dementia and thier needs to make the right decisions about their future. Assessments can be undertaken as can referrals to other outside agencies. For more information on this service please contact Vivian Beck
• Dementia Information Point, Chatteris

• Outreach Services, Wisbech area
  Dementia Support Workers work together with person with dementia and their carers’ and families to help understand dementia by providing on going support, information, guidance and coping strategies. We can also refer to our groups or signpost to other organisations. Please contact Wisbech office for further information

  A Peer Support Group. The monthly group offers social support to people with dementia and their carers. A variety of activities can be enjoyed and information can be accessed. Held on the second Thursday of the month between 10.00-12.00 at Salem Court Community Room, Salem Court, Chatteris PE16 6EQ. There is a nominal charge for attendance.   A Peer Support Group. Held the 3rd Wednesday of the month between 10.00-12.00. The group offers social support to people with dementia and their carers. A variety of activities can be enjoyed and information can be accessed. Group meet at Fleming Court Community Room, Asplin Avenue, March PE15 9HD. There is a nominal charge for attendance. • Peer Support Group, Whittlesey
  A Peer Support Group. The monthly group offers social support to people with dementia and their carers. A variety of activities can be enjoyed and information accessed. Group meet at the Methodist Church Hall, Queen Street, Whittlesey PE7 1AY on third Tuesday between 10.00-12.00. There is a nominal charge for attendance.   A Peer Support Group. Held alternate Tuesdays. The group offers social support to people with dementia and their carers. A variety of activities can be enjoyed and information accessed. • Primary Care Memory Service, Wisbech area
  Supporting people with early memory problems (before diagnosis). Referrals received from Cambridge and Peterborough Foundation Trust and directly from GP's. To offer support, signposting and information.
