    People with dementia and their carers jointly participating in community singing, promoting well being
  • Chelmsford Carers Discussion Group
    Group held in the Chelmsford area. Please telephone the office for more information.
  • Chelmsford Singing for the Brain
    People with dementia and their carers jointly participating in community singing, promoting well being
  • CrISP Information Programme
    This is a 4 week information programme for carers whose relatives have recently been diagnosed with dementia. Four weeks of 2.5 hour sessions, which will increase the knowledge and skills to help them to support their relative or friend with dementia.
  • Dementia and Carer Support
    One-to-one support, information and guidance by phone, email or face-to-face for people with dementia and/or carers (at home or in another accessible location).
  • Information provision
    Providing information for anyone with any concern about dementia by providing a mix of information packs, leaflets, other publications and telephone information.
  • Leisure and Well Being Service
    To support people with dementia, by providing the opportunity to participate in leisure activities of their choice. The service aims to enhance wellbeing by providing opportunity and choice of leisure activities that promote enjoyment and achievement.
  • Maldon Dementia Cafe
    Cafe style supported social get-togethers, providing a combination of information, knowledge and support within a structured and understanding environment.
  • Memory Clinic Support
    Dementia support workers are based within the Memory Clinics to offer immediate support and information following diagnosis. They will follow up by offering information and support through home visits, if requested.
