• Active One-2-One - Colchester
  Provides a leisure and well being worker on a regular basis to support people in the early stages of dementia to undertake activities of their own choice, both in the home and the community. To maintain skills and interests promoting interaction, enjoyment and well being. Please contact the office for further information.
• Columbine Club - Colchester
  Informal activities, shared memories and gentle exercise in a relaxed supportive nvironment. Club meets weekly on a Monday afternoon from 2.00 pm to 4.00 pm. Please contact the service office for details of the venue.
• Dementia and Carer Support - Colchester
  Dementia support worker providing support and information to people with dementia, their carers and families either in their own homes or at another suitable location.
• Information provision - Colchester
  Information can be given over the telephone or in person, by letter or email on any aspect of concern relating to dementia and caring. This service is also available to statutory and voluntary organisations
• Jasmine Club - Colchester
  The group aims to provide support for a person with dementia and their family carer with the emphasis on reminiscence, activity and exercise to music. The group meets Tuesday weekly. Please contact the office for further information.
• Keen to be Green - Colchester
  The Keen to be Green group is for people who have been diagnosed with dementia and their carers. The service will provide an opportunity to enjoy outdoor exercise and is aimed at those people who are keen to keep fit and active. A variety of venues will be arranged in advance and will enable group members to enjoy being out together, to embrace a healthy lifestyle and to be supported in a safe and friendly environment.
• Lunch Club - Colchester
  Held at the Musket Club, Fallowfield Road, off Layer Road, Shrub End on the fourth Friday of the month between 11.30 am and 2 pm. This allows people with dementia and their family carers to have an opportunity to socialise, have a meal and make new friendships in a supportive environment.
• Marylands Carers Support Group - Colchester
  This is a peer support group which offers the chance for carers to meet with other carers, share their experiences and to express their feelings in a supported environment. Please contact the service office for further information.
• Singing for the Brain - Colchester - Venue 1
  A Singing for the Brain service is now running in Colchester area. Groups are open to all people with dementia and their carers to socialise and enjoy singing together within a fun and supportive atmosphere. Colchester sessions take place on Thursday mornings. Please contact the office for details of your local group.
• Singing for the Brain - Colchester - Venue 2
  A Singing for the Brain service is now running in Colchester area. Groups are open to all people with dementia and their carers to socialise and enjoy singing together within a fun and supportive atmosphere. Colchester sessions take place on Friday mornings. Please contact the office for details of your local group.
• Tiptree Support Group - Tiptree
  This is a monthly support group for people with dementia and their family carers. To provide support and information on all aspects of dementia and caring. Held on the last Tuesday of the month. Please contact the service office for further information.
