  A monthly support group for carer's of people with memory problems.
• Carers Support
  A monthly support group for carer's of people with memory problems.
• Circle Lounge Carers Support
  A monthly support group predominantly for the carers of people with dementia who attend the Living With Dementia Group on Mondays.
• Cornerstone Cafe - Brighouse
  A social group held twice per month providing information, advice and support for people with dementia, carers, family and friends in an informal setting.
• Daffodil Cafe - Halifax Town Centre
  A social group held twice per month providing information and support for people with dementia, carers, family and friends in an informal setting.
• Dementia Support Service
  We offer one to one and family support when needed, largely to people with dementia, their carers and family members.
• Happy Cafe - Hebden Bridge
  A social group held twice per month providing information, advice and support to people with dementia, carers, family and friends in an informal setting.
• Information Resource Base
  Based at our office in Halifax Town Centre, we offer an information service to all.

  A fortnightly group for people living with dementia.
