Companionship for the person with dementia provided by trained volunteers within the home environment - Information provision - St Helens
To provide information and signposting. - Living Well with dementia Educational Group - St Helens
An information group for people with dementia and their carers, two eight week courses in a year. Guest speakers on topics such as Medication, Financial and Legal Issues, Assistive Technologies etc. - St Helens Dementia Adviser Service
The Dementia Adviser will ensure you get the most out of life following diagnosis by guiding you to all the information you need, not only about your illness but also where to find the most appropriate services in your local area. - St Helens Dementia Support Service
Our Dementia Support Worker works with both carers and people with dementia throughout their journey. They provide emotional support, information and guidance to enable people to live as independently as possible. - St Helens Support Group, United Reformed Church
