  Free and confidential advice and information service on all aspects of living with and caring for someone with dementia.
• Alsager Cafe
  Cafe style support group which meets monthly for people with any type of dementia and their carers. Opportunity to meet others in a relaxed atmosphere with support from Society staff and volunteers.
• Caring & Coping programme
  Specialist information course for carers delivering practical advice, emotional support and information in a small group setting. Delivered at different venues across South Cheshire.
• Crewe Cafe
  Cafe style support group meets monthly for people with any type of dementia and their carers. Opportunity to meet others in a relaxed atmosphere with support from Society staff and volunteers.
• Dementia Adviser
  This service provides tailored support following a diagnosis. Information, practical advice, signposting and ongoing emotional support are also available.
• Dementia Support Service
  Support Workers provide information, advice, emotional support and sign post to other services for people with any type of dementia. The service may be provided at home if appropriate.
• Early onset Cafe
  Cafe style support group for people in the early stages of any type of dementia and those under 65 and their carers. Opportunity to meet others in a similar situation with support from Society staff and volunteers.
• Evening Support Group
  Evening support group for those who are currently caring for someone with any type of dementia. Speakers and activities arranged.
• Maintaining Skills Group
  Activities and crafts specifically for people with dementia to provide mental and physical stimulation. For those in earlier and moderate stages of dementia. Carers meet for a chat whilst activities organised. Session finishes with tea and cake for all!
• Middlewich Cafe
  Monthly cafe style support group for people with any type of dementia and their carers. Provides a chance to meet others in similar situation with support from Society staff and volunteers.
• Nantwich Cafe
  Cafe style support group meets monthly for people with any type of dementia and their carers. Opportunity to meet others in the same situation with support from Society staff and volunteers.
• Singing for the Brain
  Stimulating social activity for people with dementia and their carers. Learn new songs, share familiar songs - make new friends through music
• Walking Friends
  An accompanied walk for younger people with dementia and those who are fit and active. We walk along the canal at Nantwich and get together for a chat over a coffee in the cafe after. we meet on the last Tuesday of the month
• Wellbeing Group
  Gentle chair based exercises to music with a qualified instructor. Coffee and a chat afterwards. Twice monthly meetings
