  • Caring & Coping programme
    Specialist information course for carers of people with any type of dementia - 8 week course combining peer support and specialist speakers.
  • Congleton Cafe
    Monthly Cafe style support group meets at a local garden centre cafe for a chance to meet others in a similar situation with support from Society staff and volunteers.
  • Dementia Adviser
    This service provides tailored support following a diagnosis of any type of dementia. Information, practical advice, signposting to local services and ongoing emotional support are also available.
  • Dementia Support Service
    Support Workers provide information, advice, emotional support and signpost to other services to people with any type of dementia and their carers. The service may be provided at home where appropriate.
  • Early Onset Group
    Social activities for people under 65 or in the early stages of dementia. Meets for outings and activities with support from Society staff and volunteers
  • Macclesfield Cafe
    Dementia cafe support group meets once a month for people with any type of dementia and their carers. Opportunity to meet others in a similar situation with support from Society staff and volunteers
  • Mobberley Cafe
    Cafe style support group meets monthly for people with any type of dementia and their carers. Opportunity to meet others in a similar situation with support from Society staff and volunteers.
  • Poynton Cafe
    Monthly Cafe style support group for people with any type of dementia and their carers. Opportunity to meet others in a similar situation with support from Society staff and volunteers.
  • Provision of Information and Advice
    Specialised information and practical advice available to people with any type of dementia and their carers.
  • Reminiscence Library
    Range of information, books, dvds, cds and reminiscence equipment free to loan for carers and people with dementia. The library is based at the Springbank Cenrtre but available via dementia cafes
  • Singing for the Brain
    Stimulating social activity for people with dementia and their carers. Learn new songs and share familiar songs - make new friends through music.
