  Forum for people with dementia to discuss mutual issues and gain support
• Information provision
  provision of information and support to people with dementia and their carers. Also provides signposting to other agencies
• Outreach service for younger people with dementia
  Outreach service for people with dementia under 65 years of age and their carers. Staff give carers short term respite whilst assiting the person with dementia to maintain skills and enjoy hobbies in their own homes and within the community
