  • Carer Support Group (Talking Group) - Blyth
    Peer support and information
  • Dementia & Carer Support Service - Blyth
    Information and support to carers and people with dementia through telephone contact and home visits. Therapy group held each Tuesday afternoon from 1pm - 3pm at Cramlington Community Centre. Crafts, exercise and promoting independence. Carer Support Group is held on the first Monday of each month at the Alzheimer's Society office from 1pm - 3pm.
  • Dementia Adviser - Blyth
    The dementia adviser service is for people with dementia as the main priority, as well as their supporters and carers, providing a named contact throughout their journey with dementia.
  • Dementia Forum - Blyth
    The Dementia Forum is bi monthly and is for person with dementia and carer. Professionals are also present to give information and listen to the views and experiences of attendees. Guest speakers are also usually present eg solicitors, people from other community groups or services.
  • Social Group - Blyth
    The group is for people of all ages with dementia to come along with carers for support and information over a coffee together with singing and reminiscence
  • Social Group - Seaton Sluice
    The group is for people of all ages with dementia to come along with carers for support and information over a cup of tea together with with singing and reminiscence
  • Support and Information Drop In - Blyth
    Weekly drop in (Mondays) to offer support and information to anyone affected by dementia. 9.00 - 10.10 am
