Living well with dementia: a practical approach to improvement and direction: Fifth national conference

The AssessForCare Fifth National Conference provides a varied and pragmatic approach to sharing evidence about what works well for people who experience dementia, their families and carers. Delivering the National Dementia Strategy: transforming the quality of dementia care

Chaired by Neil Hunt, the conference opens by exploring the improvements and developments since the Strategy's release, providing support nationally and regionally, the practical issues and moving forward.
