Forget me not Appeal pin badges

Raise money and awareness for people living with dementia this May. Order a box of Forget me not Appeal badges to sell and help us end the devastation of dementia.

With every Forget me not pin badge you sell, you help the Alzheimer’s Society to provide life-changing support for people living with dementia, as well as funding all important research to provide hope for the future.

What will I receive?

Once you've signed up, you'll be sent your Forget me not pin badges and a box to display them in.

Please allow up to two weeks for your box to arrive.

How can I raise money?

It's up to you how you choose to raise money, but here's some ideas to help:

  • Display the badges in your workplace or business
  • Display the badges in your community, such as at your local hairdresser, library, care home, café or restaurant
  • Share them with friends and family

How your support will make a difference

In 2023 Forget me not Appeal pin badge boxes raised more than £7,000 thanks to over 400 fantastic supporters and organisations! Be part of it this year and wear your pin badge with pride.

Someone to listen, any day of the week

£50 could fund Community Dementia Advisers to support people to live independently for as long as possible, finding solutions to specific challenges people are facing.

Musical moments

£90 could support six people to benefit from our Singing for the Brain community group, providing essential hope and companionship for people living with dementia.

Fuelling the future

£155 could pay for 10 hours of PhD research. Supporting PhD students is critical to finding a cure. Not only do these researchers support current projects, but the experience they gain builds a community of experts who will lead us towards new treatments.

I’ll wear my badge to thank Alzheimer’s Society for helping my dad, Mohammed. Thank you for thinking of us and please give whatever you can.

Shahbaz, whose father Mohammed, 82, was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s disease in 2022
