Our Live Online Advice service is available 9am - 12pm Monday to Friday.

In addition to the current opening hours, Live Online Advice is also open 6pm - 8pm Monday to Wednesday.

If the sign below says 'Open' it means one of our Helpline team is available to talk online. Click on the sign to begin a conversation.

If the sign says 'Closed' this is because you are visiting outside of our Live Online Advice opening hours. However you can still send us an email with your enquiry. Our address is

Sometimes when we are open the Helpline team might all be busy on other online conversations or phone calls. If you do not get a response having clicked on the 'Open' sign, please do try again. If you continue to have problems please email to let us know. At times the Live Online Advice Service might be closed for staff training.
