Our Live Online Advice service is available 9am - 12pm Monday to Friday.
In addition to the current opening hours, Live Online Advice is also open 6pm - 8pm Monday to Wednesday.
If the sign below says 'Open' it means one of our Helpline team is available to talk online. Click on the sign to begin a conversation.
Sometimes when we are open the Helpline team might all be busy on other online conversations or phone calls. If you do not get a response having clicked on the 'Open' sign, please do try again. If you continue to have problems please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know. At times the Live Online Advice Service might be closed for staff training.
