How to get started
Organising a sponsored quit is not only an easy fundraising event, but can also be a great way to kick an unhealthy habit which will leave you feeling great.
- Decide what you want to give up and for how long - a month, a year, forever; remember to be realistic with your goal!
- Set up a Justgiving page and send the link to all your contacts. Make your page as funny, interesting and unique as possible to encourage people to donate.
- Begin your quit! Remember to use social media, such as Facebook and Twitter to help spread the word and promote your Justgiving page.
