Master's scholarship in Dementia: Causes, Treatments and Research (Mental Health), University College London
This Dementia MSc is offered jointly by the UCL Division of Psychiatry and Institute of Neurology and provides research-oriented and cutting-edge training in the study of dementia and its scientific basis, led by international leaders in the science and practice of dementia.
This award will support a UK/EU student commencing their studies in September 2017 – September 2018, and is worth a total of £31,000, covering both tuition fees and living costs for full-time study over a year.

PhD studentship in post-stroke psychological problems, University of Glasgow
We are looking for enthusiastic researchers to work towards a PhD in the area of post stroke psychological problems. This will be a three year PhD, based in University of Glasgow, UK.
The main themes of the PhD will be around predicting psychological recovery and describing psychological trajectories following a stroke event. The PhD will allow exposure to a broad portfolio of research skills including clinical research; psychometrics, secondary analysis of existing data and systematic review. The focus will be clinical and experience of working with patients with carers is desirable.
We will be offering two places, the first will interview in late October 2016 and the second in spring 2017.
