Humber and North Yorkshire Dementia Conference 2024
Alzheimer's Society in partnership with Humber and North Yorkshire Health and Care Partnership held a Conference on 21st March.
It was a fantastic opportunity to Influence the Dementia Strategy for the Humber and North Yorkshire area.
About the Conference
We want you to share you experience and knowledge to help us shape the Dementia Strategy for our population/our area/Humber and North Yorkshire. The strategy, when complete, will detail how we will support people with lived experience of dementia, from pre-diagnosis - when you notice symptoms and seek advice, to receiving a supported diagnosis and onward treatment, guidance, advice and tools to help you manage and live with a diagnosis of dementia.
Date: 21 March 2024
Time: 10:00 – 15:30 (subject to change). There are flexible attendance options for people with lived experience, to support those who wish to come along but may be unable to attend for the full day.
