The challenge

This challenge is set along the Thames Path. The full route heads from Putney Bridge, then on through leafy Kew to pass the Royal palace of Hampton Court. You'll travel to Runnymede, of Magna Carta fame, then on past wonderful historic scenery to Henley.

You can decide your challenge by choosing either the 100km, 75km, 50km or 25km option! Walk, jog or run the Thames Path Challenge and take on your challenge, your way.

Your entry includes free food and drink at regular rest stops, plus support including medics, marshals and massage. As you cross the finish line, you’ll get a glass of fizz and a medal to commemorate your achievement.

As Alzheimer's Society are an official partner on this event, you get a 50% discount on the ‘Full Sponsorship’ registration fee when signing up to support us.
