Forget Me Not Gala 2019

Our inaugural Forget Me Not Gala took place on Thursday 17 October 2019 at London's iconic Guildhall.

Guildhall

The inaugural Forget Me Not Gala brought together Alzheimer’s Society founders, ambassadors and supporters of our work at the stunning Guildhall in London for a night of celebration to mark our 40th anniversary.

Guests enjoyed special performances from our fantastic Croydon Singing for the Brain group and the incredible Kingdom Choir, who are best known for their performance at the wedding of the Duke and Duchess of Sussex.

Upon arrival, guests were welcomed by a royal fanfare and a drinks reception in the art gallery, before dining on a delicious bespoke three course menu in the Great Hall.

The event was hosted by comedian Hugh Dennis, who was joined by speakers such as Alzheimer’s Society Chief Executive Jeremy Hughes CBE, broadcaster Fiona Phillips and researcher Professor Craig Ritchie.

The event raised an incredible £279,200 to help individuals and families affected by dementia across the country.
