Day Care Service
Our main catchment area for the day centre is for
people living in Woking Borough, Chobham, Bisley and West End. We can
occasionally take referrals for those people living outside the boundaries but
would not be able to offer transport.
Helpline
The helpline operates from the Branch office and is
manned in the mornings Monday to Friday. An answerphone will record calls when
the desk is not manned.
Alternatively, if callers need immediate help the recorded message
gives the number of our National Helpline service.

Advice and Information
We will accept Help Line calls and
enquiries from anyone who needs help irrespective of where they live. We can
give the person details of their local branch. If we are unable to answer their
query we will refer them on to our National Office Help-line.
Carer Support Group
Any carer is invited to join the group
irrespective of where they live. We can sometimes offer transport to those who
live in the borough of Woking.
Dementia Link Project
Information, support and advocacy for
families and carers. Lesley Perrins facilitates group educational programmes
for carers during the year.
This service is available to anyone whose
GP is located in the Woking area.
