Donepezil

Donepezil hydrochloride is a drug treatment for Alzheimer's disease. It is not a cure but can improve symptoms, or temporarily slow down their progression, in some people.

Donepezil hydrochloride is the drug's generic name. The most common trade name for donepezil is Aricept.
