Salary £18,311 per annum
35 hours per week
8 Months Fixed Term Contract with the possibility of extension.
A job share opportunity can be considered for this post.
Alzheimer's Society is the leading care and research charity for people with dementia, their families and carers.
You will provide information and support including signposting and referrals to other services for people with dementia and their carers living in the London Borough of Merton. You will also set up and run a monthly peer support group.
Successful applicants will be qualified to NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, have an understanding of the needs of people with dementia and their carers and have excellent listening and communication skills.
Knowledge of Merton and its services would be desirable.
