Dementia Support Worker (Hereford)(Internal Only)

Salary: £15,696 per annum (pro rata)

Hours: 12 per week

Based: Hereford

Six month fixed term contract subject to possible extension. Internal candidates only.

We are looking for a Dementia Support worker to provide support to people with dementia and their carers. The post offers a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to people's lives.

An ability to travel independently around the area is essential as the post will involve working in people's homes or in a range of community settings. Due to the nature of this post an enhanced Criminal Records disclosure will be required before an offer of employment can be confirmed.
