Day Support Team Manager (Hereford)

Salary: £16,892 per annum (pro rata)

Hours: 14 per week

Based: Hereford & Ledbury

The main purpose of this role is to manage the operational aspects of our Day Support service in Hereford and Ledbury.

We are looking for a well motivated and creative person to manage and develop our day care service for people who have dementia. You will have excellent communication skills and an understanding of person centred approach to the needs of people with dementia, gained from experience working in a care environment and should possess NVQ level 3 in Health & Social Care (equivalent or higher).
