Hours: 16 per week
Based: Evesham
Six month fixed term contract subject to possible extension.
We would like to appoint a Dementia Support worker to provide support to people with dementia and their carers. The post offers a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference to people's lives.
An ability to travel independently around the area is essential as the post will involve working in people's homes or in a range of community settings. Due to the nature of this post an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure will be required before an offer of employment can be confirmed.
