Dementia Support Worker (Cambridge)

Salary: £15,696 per annum
Hours: 35 hours per week
One Year Fixed Term Contract

Alzheimer's Society is the leading care and research charity for people with any form of dementia, their carers and families.  Dementia affects over 700,000 people in the UK alone and numbers continue to grow.

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced, highly motivated person to develop services for people with dementia, their carers and families.

Experience facilitating support groups is required.  The post holder will have a broad understanding of statutory and voluntary service provision and be able to travel the area independently.

Post is subject to an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure.
