Dementia Adviser (Fenland)

Salary: £18,441 per annum

One Year Fixed Term Contract

35 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution to the development of a new service providing information and signposting to people with dementia.  We are seeking to recruit an individual who will welcome the opportunity to be part of this ambitious development within Fenland and contribute towards the evaluation of the new service.

In Fenland we are seeking a person with experience of face-to-face service delivery, a broad understanding of statutory and voluntary services and good communication skills
