Helpline Adviser (Tower Hill, London)

£23,573 pro rata per annum

20 hours per week, initial 6 month contract

Alzheimer's and the other dementias affect over 700,000 people in the UK and numbers continue to grow.  The Alzheimer's Society is the leading care and research charity for people with any form of dementia, their carers and families.

We need an experienced helpline worker to join our dedicated team in providing high quality information, guidance and support to people with concerns about dementia who contact us by phone, email or letter.  This includes interpreting and explaining complex information on any aspect of dementia, social care, research and caring strategies. You will also research answers to questions where you don't have the information to hand.
