Dementia Adviser (Demonstrator Site) (Lowestoft and Waveney)

Salary:£18,441 per annum plus recruitment premium of £1,844 per annum

Fixed Term contract until 31 March 2011
35 hours per week

This is an exciting opportunity to make a significant contribution to the development of a new service supporting people with dementia and their family carers, including providing information and signposting to other services.  We are seeking to recruit individuals who will welcome the opportunity to be part of this ambitious development and contribute to a national evaluation of the new service.

In Lowestoft, we are seeking a person with experience of face-to-face service delivery, a broad understanding of statutory and voluntary services, good IT skills including familiarity with email and web browsing and good communication skills.
