Six month fixed contract with possibility of extension
The Sunderland branch wishes to appoint an experienced person to assist in the day-to-day management of specialised services for people with dementia and their carers. The successful candidate will possess NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent) and have a good working knowledge and experience of dementia and related issues. Ability to travel independently within the area is essential.
Due to the nature of this post, an enhanced Criminal Records Bureau disclosure will be required before an offer of employment can be confirmed.
